Description:
The Our 4 Jaw Face Plate Type Chuck (FP Chuck) has a very light cast iron body and thus, lighter than conventional 4 jaw independent chucks.The FP Chuck has large diameter lead screws, large bearings and wide jaws. As a result, even though FP Chuck is lighter, it develops a very high torque making machining easy and efficient. Further, to add strength, the jaws are made of hardened steel with tensile strength above 500 MPA. The lead screws and bearings are made of alloy steel. Also these parts are interchangeable.
