Description & Features:
The Our Boring Mill Jaws are designed to provide the jaws wide contact area for firm grip.The bodies (for housing the jaws are made of forged steel, while the jaws are made of steel with 500 MPA tensile strength, and hardened for long life. The screws are heat-treated for greater strength and longer durability. The parts are standardized for easy interchangeability during replacement.
Single Type Steel Body
We have successfully instaled and trailed the jaw box assmbles on upto 4 mtr faceplates/chucks of VTLs and horizantal lathes. The number and the size of the Jaws also depends on weight of the job has a lot of overhang, larger jaws should be used.
